Vladislav Kayzerov is the Managing Partner of ProReal Bulgaria. His professional background has been in the field of finance and sales negotiations with commercial real estate focus in the last 10 years. Prior to current engagement Vladislav was Partner and Head of Office Space in Forton International, alliance partner of Cushman&Wakefield for Bulgaria, Serbia and Macedonia. He led the Office Space team in all aspects of transactional work within Sofia’s office market.
Before Forton Vladislav worked for 6 years at Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD. He has been Head of Retail Sales Department for 2 years, where he was in charge of implementing the McKinsey project Sales Force Effectiveness in the Bank’s Retail and SME segment. Prior to this he gained management banking experience as Branch Manager of Raiffeisenbank’s branch in Business Park Sofia for 2 ½ years. Vladislav is licensed trainer from Raiffeisen International with training experience in Sales, Sales Management and Coaching.
